Eligibility and giveaway period

The Little Batch Bakery Solstice Giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older.

The giveaway begins on June 21, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. ET and closes on June 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

There is one prize available, with an approximate retail value of up to $30 CAD.

How to enter

To receive one entry:

1. Follow @little.batch.bakery on Instagram.
2. Like the official Solstice Giveaway Reel.
3. Comment on the Reel with the sweet treat, flavour, or bakery product you think Little Batch Bakery should make next.

Your suggestion does not need to be something Little Batch Bakery currently sells.

Each person may receive only one standard entry, regardless of how many comments they submit.

Bonus entry

You may receive one additional entry by completing one of the following:

• Purchase any product from Little Batch Bakery at the Summer Solstice Market on June 21, 2026, and provide your Instagram username at the booth; or
• Share the official giveaway Reel to your Instagram Story and tag @little.batch.bakery.

Participants with private Instagram accounts must send a screenshot of the Story share to Little Batch Bakery by Instagram direct message before the giveaway closes.

The purchase and free Story-sharing options each provide the same one bonus entry. Completing both does not provide more than one bonus entry.

Maximum: two entries per person. No purchase is necessary to receive the maximum number of entries.

The prize

One winner will receive a custom Little Batch Bakery sweet treat inspired by the idea submitted in their comment, with an approximate retail value of up to $30 CAD.

The final product, flavour, ingredients, design, and quantity will be determined by Little Batch Bakery based on the winner’s suggestion, ingredient availability, food-safety considerations, and reasonable production requirements.

Little Batch Bakery may adapt a suggestion that cannot reasonably or safely be produced.

The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Winner selection

One potential winner will be selected at random on June 24, 2026, from all eligible entries.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and whether an entrant has one or two entries.

The potential winner will be contacted through Instagram direct message and must respond by June 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. ET.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must:

• Confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements;
• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance;
• Accept the prize as described; and
• Confirm that they understand the pickup requirements.

If the selected entrant does not respond by the deadline, does not qualify, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, or cannot accept the pickup conditions, another potential winner may be selected.

Little Batch Bakery will never request payment or banking information from a potential winner.

Prize pickup

The confirmed winner must collect the prize in person on:

No shipping or delivery is available.

If the winner does not collect the prize during the stated pickup period, the prize will be forfeited. Because the prize is perishable, Little Batch Bakery may sell, donate, or otherwise dispose of the prepared product after the pickup period and may select an alternate winner.

Entry verification

Little Batch Bakery may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted after the deadline, or exceed the permitted maximum.

Participants must use a genuine Instagram account and allow Little Batch Bakery to verify that the required entry steps were completed.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Little Batch Bakery are not eligible to enter.

Privacy and winner announcement

Information collected through this giveaway will be used to verify entries, contact the selected entrant, and administer the prize.

After the winner is confirmed, Little Batch Bakery may announce the winner’s Instagram username and submitted product idea. Permission will be requested before publishing photographs, videos, or additional personal information.
